I provide a therapy space where you can explore at your own pace, without pressure or judgement, and where you feel supported to be fully yourself.

People come to therapy for many reasons. They may have a particular issue they want to work on; they may have a trauma they are dealing with; or they may be struggling more generally with difficult situations or feelings.

Whatever you may be facing, I can help. Together we can find the right approach for you, building strategies to respond to distress with greater self-understanding, clarity and strength. Rather than seeing difficulties as personal failings you can learn to develop a kinder more supportive relationship with yourself.
