Develop greater confidence, clarity and resilience in your clinical work through reflective, compassionate supervision.

I offer clinical supervision as a collaborative and supportive space where you can think deeply about your work, explore challenges openly, and continue to grow as a therapist. Together, we can make sense of complex clinical situations, strengthen your therapeutic skills, and support your wellbeing in a profession that can often feel emotionally demanding.

What’s my approach?

Grounded in warmth, safeness and connection, my approach places the therapeutic relationship at the centre and recognises that we all bring our own experiences, vulnerabilities and humanity into the work. Supervision becomes a space where uncertainty, mistakes and difficulties can be explored with curiosity rather than judgement.

Drawing on compassion-focused, psychodynamic and person-centred approaches, alongside a Socratic style of enquiry, I help therapists develop greater self-awareness, clinical understanding and confidence in their decision-making. Particular attention is given to attachment, the therapeutic relationship, ethical practice and the emotional impact of the work, helping you sustain a thoughtful, authentic and effective practice while reducing the risk of burnout.

Whether online, in person, individually or in groups, supervision is tailored to your needs and stage of development. My aim is to help you feel supported, challenged and encouraged as you continue to grow both personally and professionally.
