Free Psychoeducation

I offer free psycho-educational sessions for groups as a gentle, warm, accessible way to begin understanding your mental health. These sessions are not therapy, but a thoughtful space to learn, reflect and make sense of your experiences in a more compassionate way.

Psychoeducation is more than simply sharing information - it’s a structured, collaborative way of helping you understand how your mind works, why certain emotions or patterns show up, and how different therapeutic approaches can help.

Rather than being told what to do, you are supported to become an informed, active participant in your own care. Many people find that when they understand the “why” and “how” behind their experiences, more difficult emotions can begin to soften and a sense of clarity and agency emerge.

There is no pressure to share during a session, and you are free to engage at your own pace. It is fine to just be present and get a sense of me and how I work. Therapy is built on trust, warmth and connection, and this can be a first step. Whether or not you continue into therapy, my hope is that you leave feeling more informed, more empowered, and more compassionate towards yourself.
